SUNBURY — A Sunbury man was sent to prison after a fight with another man involving a BB gun. Sunbury police chief Brad Hare tells us, 45-year-old Jeffrey Kuczynski was arraigned on charges of felony aggravated assault and sent to the Snyder County Prison on $50,000 bail.
Police say Kuczynski shot a BB gun at another man and beat him with the gun during a fight. It happened on River Avenue around 5 p.m. Wednesday. The victim was found with a pellet wound to the ear and injuries on his back. The BB gun was retrieved from the scene. (Ali Stevens)
