MILTON — A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection with a missing juvenile, who has now been found. Milton Police say Courtney Whipple has been charged with interference with custody of children and corruption of minors. This comes after 15-year-old Amber Woolsey went missing from the Milton area February 1.
Woolsey was found to be with Whipple in Philadelphia for several days. Whipple was taken into custody Wednesday and is in Snyder County Prison awaiting arraignment on her charges. (Sara Bartlett)
