SUNBURY – A Sunbury man is behind bars, charged with possession of heroin and marijuana. District Attorney Ann Targonski says 23-year-old Alexander Duncan was taken into custody at his home on North Second Street after Sunbury police executed a warrant October 26.
Police say Duncan was found with 217 bags of heroin and 14 bags of marijuana. Police also seized multiple drug paraphernalia items and more than $7,500 in cash. Duncan was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. He was sent to the Snyder County Prison after failing to post bail.
