DANVILLE — A Lewisburg woman has died after a crash in Monroe Township, Snyder County last week. Authorities say the crash happened at Route 15 and Granger Road. The Montour County Coroner’s Office says 64-year-old Lynda Smith died at Geisinger, he says she suffered multiple blunt force injuries in the crash.
State police say Smith pulled into the path of another vehicle at the intersection. The coroner’s office says the death is considered accidental and remains under investigation. The coroner’s office say standard toxicology testing will be completed and no autopsy is planned.
