JERSEY SHORE — A Jersey Shore man is back in custody after state police file more than 9,000 new felony child pornography charges. State police say 20-year-old Ty Codispoti was already out on bail awaiting trial on 20 felony counts involving the same offense.
Investigators say troopers discovered an estimated 10,000 additional photos and videos depicting minors, including infants, on Codispoti’s cell phone. State police say the phone was among multiple electronic devices seized during a search warrant at a Limestone Township home.
At arraignment on the new charges, Codispoti tells the court he is receiving weekly counseling. Following the hearing, he is denied bail and placed in Lycoming County Prison.
