SUNBURY — A home damaged by fire in Sunbury has been placed on the public nuisance list by Sunbury City Council. The vacant home is owned by Penny Mantz and was damaged by fire last week. It’s located at 1062 Miller Street.
Mayor David Persing says Mantz has 30 days to address the issues or the city will take action to seize the property. Once the city has control of the property it is sold at public auction. (Lauren Koch)
