MONTOURSVILLE – PennDOT has lifted a detour in Union County. The reconstruction project on a 1.4 mile section of Cross Roads Drive in Kelly and White Deer townships is nearly complete and the east and westbound traffic detour has been removed.
Finishing work including seeding and signage must still be completed. There will be intermittent lane closures with flaggers controlling traffic while work is being performed. (Jennifer Wakeman)
