SELINSGROVE — The Charles Attig Memorial Scholarship is going online. The popular scholarship supports students in the Selinsgrove Area School District, and now has a ‘gofundme’ page. The online fundraising site has thousands of non-profit and scholarship donating opportunities. Organizers say their gofundme page goal is $10,000 and any amount of donation is welcomed.
Shamokin Dam police officer Charles Attig was shot to death during a routine traffic stop while on duty June 10, 1983.
