MIDDLEBURG — A Chambersburg man is facing charges after allegedly sending sexually explicit text messages to a Middleburg teenager. 36-year-old Todd Santiago is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and open lewdness.
Middleburg Police say Santiago admitted to sending sexually explicit photos and videos to a 14-year-old girl in Middlecreek Township, Snyder County. Santiago was arraigned and is free on bail. (Sara Bartlett)
