PENNS CREEK –A major wildlife attraction and animal rescue facility is celebrating a milestone. T&D Cats of the World, one of the largest wildlife refuges in Pennsylvania, is celebrating its 25th season this summer. A celebration will be held on Saturday June 27 from noon to 4pm and will include live music from “2nd Tyme Around”, a show from Rainforest Reptile Shows, a scavenger hunt, and of course cake.
T&D Cats of the World opened to the public in May 1990 with only a handful of animals. The wildlife sanctuary now cares for over 300 animals. Lions, tigers, bears, and primates are among some of the creatures that call T&D home.
The first 25 families who attend will receive a 25th anniversary celebration memento. Admission is $10 for guest 13 and over and $5 for guests age 3-12.
