PHILADELPHIA — A statewide tour launching Pennsylvania’s commemoration of the nation’s 250th anniversary reaches central Pennsylvania next week. Organizers say the America250PA 67-county kickoff tour marks the official start of the US semiquincentennial year.
Several local stops are scheduled locally for , including events in Columbia, Montour, Union, Northumberland, Snyder, and Perry counties. Each kickoff highlights local history, community partnerships, and plans leading up to the anniversary.
