SUNBURY, MILTON—The YMCAs in both Sunbury and Milton will host the area’s largest Aerobathon on Wednesday, October 21. Those of all fitness levels are welcome to join two hours of group exercise with YMCA instructors.
The fit fest begins at 5 PM and costs $35. Or, participants can pick up a pledge sheet at the YMCA and raise $50 to be eligible for prize drawings. Money raised will go to the YMCA Fitness Department and Financial Assistance Program.
