MONTOURSVILLE– Be prepared for slow-moving traffic as road work continues this week on Interstate 80 in the Valley. A 5.5-mile paving project continues on I-80 in Northumberland and Montour Counties.
The contractor will be working in eastbound right lane on the bridge just before the Limestoneville exit during the day which will take place through Tuesday, October 3. Lane restrictions will be in effect until 3 p.m.
On Wednesday, October 4, and Thursday, October 5, deck repairs will be made and surface treatment will be applied to the eastbound left lane on the bridge right before the Limestoneville exit. Lane restrictions will be in place until 3 p.m.
Drivers should be alert and proceed with caution through the work area.
