SUNBURY – Only a few days after last weekend’s winter storm, more icy weather is heading for the Valley. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Central Pennsylvania from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday. The National Weather Service says freezing rain and sleet is expected, with total ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
AccuWeather says freezing rain will arrive in the morning and will change to plain rain in the afternoon. Should there be any school or business delays or closings, we’ll have those updates on our Winternet page.
