WATSONTOWN – NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A Watsontown man is facing child endangerment charges. 23-year-old Austin Whitmoyer has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, unlawful contact with a minor, and indecent assault of a person under 13, according to NorthcentralPA.com.
The allegations stem from an August incident in which Whitmoyer, while changing a toddler’s diaper, allegedly touched the child inappropriately in a Las Vegas hotel room. The child later reported the incident to his mother.
In October, a second alleged incident occurred, and Whitmoyer admitted to both, stating he felt “extreme guilt.” Whitmoyer posted $15,000 bail and is awaiting a preliminary hearing later this month.
