ANTHONY TWP – State Police at Milton say they charged a Watsontown man with having sex with a minor. 30-year-old Robert Lee Merrill allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl two times on November 6.
Merrill was picked up on charges of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors, and indecent assault. He was arraigned before district judge Marvin Shrawder and remanded to the Montour County Prison after failing to post the $50,000 bail.
