SELINSGROVE – As 650 first-year students at Susquehanna University get ready for move-in day Thursday, you’ll want to keep an eye out for traffic delays. University officials say residents can expect traffic on University Avenue and other streets surrounding the University. Traffic is expected to be most congested between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday. Try to avoid the area if you can.
