UNDATED – As anticipated, voter turnout was strong across the Valley for Tuesday’s mid-term elections. In Northumberland County, by evening, turnout was near 60% in some precincts. Final Northumberland County numbers aren’t out yet.
Of all registered voters, 62.5% voted in Snyder County, while 60.5% voted in Union County.
Lots of key races most likely brought out the high number of voters, including races for governor and U.S. Senate.
