Vandal in downtown Selinsgrove may have been busted
SELINSGROVE – There are reports today, the suspect in a planter vandalism incident–may have been captured. For the second time in a few weeks, someone damaged the plants in planters at The Commons. Now, the Orange Street News, an independent news source published by Hilde Lysiak, is reporting that the suspect was spotted and may have been captured.
The borough is breathing a sigh of relief after several planters, had dirt and plants knocked over on two separate occasions.
Here is what we know…the Commons, at the corner of Market and Pine Streets, was vandalized at some point Friday night. Selinsgrove police chief Thomas Garlock told OSN, a suspect was spotted. Beyond that, no information was provided as to the names and ages of the suspect or suspects. We’ll bring you more details as they become available.
