MIDDLEBURG – Charges have been filed against a southeast Pennsylvania man after police say he stole a van. State police say 25-year old Clayton Clark of Delaware County stole the van belonging to a Middleburg company. The incident occurred about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Clark was caught in the van and taken into custody. (Matt Catrillo)
