DANVILLE – Next time you say you’re one vote doesn’t mean anything…think again. Montour County election officials tell us, after a recount of the Pennsylvania Spring Primary ballots Monday, a candidate one by one vote.
Michael Kuziak won the Republican nomination for Valley Township Supervisor. Kuziak defeated incumbent Supervisor Vice Chairman Walt Rupert. The recount of the ballots showed the same results as the night of the May 16 primary and the official count of voting May 19 at 81-80 votes.
The counting was approved by President Judge Thomas James Jr.
