Valley Mother Accused Of Giving Son Marijuana Vape Pen

MIFFLINBURG —  According to NorthcentralPA.com, a 40-year-old Mifflinburg woman is facing charges after allegedly giving her 15-year-old son a marijuana vape pen “to help calm down.”

Police say Melissa Ann Wagner admitted providing her medical marijuana vape pen to the teen multiple times over several months. Investigators say the child tested positive for marijuana and reported using it through a vape pen, bong, and blunt.

Wagner is charged with felony child endangerment, drug delivery, corruption of minors, and reckless endangerment. She is free on her own recognizance, with a preliminary hearing set for .
