HARRISBURG — US Marshals arrested a suspect involved in an October Williamsport shooting. Marshal Martin J. Pane says 35-year-old Joseph S. Coleman Jr. was taken into custody without incident around 12:20 p.m Friday at a Harrisburg home.
50-year-old Kristine Kibler and her son, 25-year-old Shane Wright were shot and killed at a home in the 600 block of Poplar Street, Williamsport on October 31. Arrest warrants had been issued for Coleman and Jordan A. Rawls. Williamsport police arrested Rawls November 11.
Previous attempts to find Coleman in Williamsport were unsuccessful and the US Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force was assigned to the investigation. Deputy marshals, task force officers, Harrisburg police officers and members of the Dauphin County Crisis Response team participated in Coleman’s arrest.
