UNDATED – There were two emergency calls overnight in The Valley:
- Around 11pm, a vehicle hit a pole along Route 61 and the road was closed for about an hour. No word on injuries or other details in that incident.
- Around 5am, a kitchen fire saw Union and Snyder County volunteers summoned to a location on Laurel Drive in Hartley Township, Union County. That fire was out quickly this morning.
