WATSONTOWN – A New Columbia man is in custody after a stabbing early Saturday morning.Watsontown police say 31-year-old Anthony Paul Marie stabbed two men during a fight outside the Mansion House Bar and Grill.
The two victims, who have not yet been identified were transported to Geisinger Medical Center for treatment of multiple stab wounds. Both are reportedly in serious but stable condition.
Chief Rodney Witherite says Marie is in custody, awaiting arraignment. He will be charged with aggravated assault and other related charges. (Jennifer Wakeman)
