SNYDER COUNTY – One person was thrown through the windshield in a crash in Snyder County June 5. Selinsgrove state police are out with the details today, saying the crash occurred along Stage Road in Spring Township just before 8 a.m.
Troopers say 21-year-old Heather Lutz of Shamokin was traveling along Stage Road when she drove off the road and hit a pole. 19-year-old Danielle Collazo of Shamokin and an unidentified 12-year-old were passengers. State police say one of the passengers in a rear seat, wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and was thrown through the windshield.
All three were taken to Geisinger and Collazo taken via Life Flight. No condition reports are available from Geisinger. Beaver Springs Fire Department, Reliance EMS, and Mifflinburg EMS assisted at the scene.
