DANVILLE – Two people were hurt in a Sunday afternoon crash on Route 45 in Liberty Township, Montour County. State police say 29-year-old Kristina Rachau of Centre County was heading east on Route 45 between Voris and Center Roads and lost control of her car on a snow covered road.
The car went off the road and struck a ditch before rolling several times. Rachau and her passenger, 40-year-old Ronald Hottenstein of Schuylkill County, were both ejected and landed in a field. They were taken by ambulance to Geisinger Medical Center. Rachau was treated and released. Hottenstein remains hospitalized in fair condition. (Ali Stevens)
