MILTON – A New Columbia woman, who went to pick up her friend who was arrested for DUI, was also charged with driving under the influence. State police say the woman went to pick up her friend at the state police barracks in Milton on Thursday night, after the friend was charged with DUI.
When she arrived, troopers say she was also intoxicated and she was placed under arrest. Neither woman has been identified. Charges against both women will be filed in district court. (Ali Stevens)
