SUNBURY—Two bridge preservation projects happening this week in Northumberland County. PennDOT says maintenance crews will be applying an epoxy-based surface on a bridge on Shakespeare Road in East Chillisquaque Township Thursday. The bridge is located between Route 45 and Hobbes Road.
PennDOT says the next bridge project will take place Friday on the bridge on Hockley Hill Road in Lewis Township. They say crews there will also be applying an epoxy-based surface. This bridge is located between Comly Road and Warrior Run Boulevard. Both bridges will only be closed the day of the project. This work is weather permitting.
