MOUNT CARMEL – Several homes were damaged by a fire Monday morning in Mt. Carmel.
Over a dozen volunteer fire crews are responding to the two-alarm house fire. Beech Street, which is a group of four row homes, was where the fire happened.
Northumberland County 9-1-1 says a second alarm was also called a few minutes later. The fire has been extinguished and no injuries were reported.
