TURBOTVILLE – A Turbotville man is facing charges of simple assault for an altercation Sunday night. State police say 22-year-old Thomas William Donnelly got into a verbal argument with a 46-year-old resident from Turbotville.
Troopers say Donnelly pushed that person over the railing of a deck, causing them to fall off the deck. State police say the victim sustained minor injuries. Charges against Donnelly were filed in district court. (Ali Stevens)
