LEWISBURG – An important role was vacant at Transitions of PA, but they are proud to announce they have found the right candidate for the job.
Transitions says the new Health Systems Training Specialist will be Heather Shnyder. She will be coordinating the agency’s medical advocacy program to health care providers in Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties.
The Health Systems Training Specialist promotes violence prevention strategies among healthcare providers and in healthcare locations.
