NORTHUMBERLAND – Construction at a railroad crossing on Route 147 in Northumberland is slowing traffic in two counties. Traffic on Route 11 northbound is backed up from the intersection of Route 147 to Tedd’s Landing. Southbound Route 11 is also slow going into Northumberland.
In Sunbury, traffic is slow on Shikellamy Avenue heading onto the island. Work is scheduled to wrap up at 2p.m. Tuesday.
