SHAMOKIN DAM — A disabled oversized vehicle is tying up traffic on the strip in Monroe Township. Emergency services tells us the vehicle is broken down in the northbound lanes near Mull’s Auto Sales across from Monroe Marketplace.
Northbound traffic is backed up onto the bypass. State police are on the scene, but traffic is at a standstill on northbound Route 11/15.
