SELINSGROVE — The third, and what police say is the final suspect, is in custody in the Susquehanna University drug deal robbery incident in August. Selinsgrove police in a news release Wednesday said 19-year-old Lamont Patterson was arrested by US Marshals in Harrisburg. They say he’d been on the loose about a month after fleeing from the incident in an SU dorm.
Already in jail was Rasheed Hill of Selinsgrove, and Juvan Batts of Sunbury, who are charged with robbery, conspiracy, theft, simple assault, and making terroristic threats. The incident took place August 26 at S-U. Police say a drug deal for one pound of pot turned into the armed robbery. Police say the student allegedly selling the pot has not yet been charged.
