The Susquehanna Valley Conservatives will note ‘9-11’

LEWISBURG – The Susquehanna Valley Conservatives will note the 9-11 anniversary, and host a US Senate candidate Monday. The Conservatives meet Monday at 7pm at the Country Cupboard Best Western Inn near Lewisburg. State house member Rick Saccone (R-39th, Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County) will be the guest speaker.

Conservatives president Stan Zellers said Rep. Saccone will talk about the 9-11 anniversary and discuss his campaign for US Senate. “First of all, remembering September 9-11. Just by coincidence, our meeting falls on the 16th anniversary of that date. And then he’ll be talking about some of the goings-on in Harrisburg, the current budget, if you want to call it that, I don’t see what they do in Harrisburg as budgeting, I see it as a free-for-all, but that’s another story. And he’ll be talking about his run for Bob Casey’s Senate seat.”

Saccone is an announced candidate for the Senate seat of Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa. Sen). Saccone has been speaking out on a wide range of national topics, including North Korea, the EPA, and school choice.  More information about the Conservative’s meeting at www.susquehannavalleyconservatives.com.
