MONTOURSVILLE – The State Department of Transportation says there are going to be more delays, and flagging as part of this CSVT project.
On Route 147, near Montandon, PennDOT will begin flagging motorists and there will be single lane traffic. Those delays start Tuesday, and will continue for about two weeks. PennDOT anticipates there will be delays during the day.
PennDOT says, in Union County, the long-term Lane restrictions continue on Route 15 at Winfield. Access to County Line Road is restricted, but the road is accessible using well marked crossovers on Route 15.
