DANVILLE – A Sunbury teen is improving after being struck by a car last week. The girl, who is not being identified by police, was reportedly walking to school and was struck on Wolverton Street at Chestnut Street around 7:15 a.m. Thursday morning.
She was taken to Geisinger Medical Center by ambulance and was listed in critical condition for several days. Her condition has now been upgraded to fair. Additional details about the accident have not been released by police.
