Selinsgrove police tell us, Hill is charged with felony counts of robbery, and Batts is accused of conspiracy, for the August 26 incident in an SU dormitory. Police say the drug dealing robbery happened when Hill and another man went to buy drugs on campus.

During the incident, one of the suspects said he had a gun and that threat contributed to a lockdown on campus. Both men are being held in lieu of bail, a third suspect is still being sought. No charges have been filed against the student involved, identified in court papers as  Florin Nork.
