SUNBURY – An annual race to benefit a local YMCA is approaching. The Sunbury YMCA is hosting their 15th annual bike race Saturday, July 9. The race course is approximately 28 miles starting in Sunbury headed into the rural Riverside, through Snydertown, and then returning back into Sunbury for the finish.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m with the race beginning at 9:00 a.m at the Sunbury pool. Pre-registration is $24 for non-YMCA members. Awards, t-shirts, and door prizes will be given to participants. To register, visit www.active.com. (Alex Reichenbach)
