SUNBURY — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A 27-year-old Sunbury woman is facing charges after allegedly threatening to kill another driver following a near-collision last month.
Police say Alina Victoria Rodriguez was behind the wheel of a black Jeep on June 19 when she nearly hit another vehicle on Woodlawn Avenue. The other driver stopped and parked, and Rodriguez allegedly began yelling profanities and threatened to kill the occupants, according to an affidavit by Patrolman Trey Kurtz.
The male victim in the case had also been involved in a previous incident with Rodriguez. Rodriguez is charged with terroristic threats and harassment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August.
