Sunbury Man Will Face Murder Trial

SUNBURY – The Daily Item reports and 18-year-old Sunbury man will face a trial for criminal homicide and tampering with evidence.  Charges against Jose David Jusino-Morales were bound to court following a preliminary hearing on Tuesday. Police say Jusino-Morales shot and killed Eliud Marrero-Morales on November 2^nd.  The victim was found in the middle of the road on Market Street.  The Daily Item reports police say the shooting was prompted by an argument over a woman.  A co-defendant, 21-year-old Armando Pena-Alvayero, testified he was in the vehicle when Jusino-Morales shot Marrero-Morales.
