The Daily Item reports a Sunbury man has been charged with aggravated assault and strangulation for an incident on New Year’s Day. 35-year-old Lukas Selleck is jailed after he struck and choked a woman inside a home on River Avenue. The newspaper reports police found the woman bleeding from her head around 2 a.m. Selleck was arrested and taken to Northumberland County Jail.
