SELINSGROVE – Susquehanna University’s president will be stepping down next year. L. Jay Lemons announced Monday that he plans to conclude his service as the university’s 14th president on June 30, 2017.
In a letter to the Susquehanna board chair, Lemons said he and his wife, Marsha, “come to this decision with grateful hearts, terrific memories and significant pride.”
Lemons will become president of Academic Search, an executive search and higher education leadership development firm. We will have more from president Lemons on WKOK Sunrise Tuesday morning.
