LEWISBURG- A verbal argument between two men turns physical. 34-year-old Andrew Lloyd of Mifflinburg and 22-year-old Richard Derr of Lewisburg engaged in a verbal argument in a store parking lot in Lewisburg. The argument escalated to Derr pushing Lloyd in the back and throwing him to the ground by his neck.

Lloyd hit his face on the ground. Derr then struck Lloyd in the back of the head with a closed fist. Lloyd sustained moderate injuries as a result of the fall. Derr is charged with criminal simple assault. (Matt Catrillo)
