DANVILLE – A ribbon cutting in Danville.
After a five-year wait, StartUp Danville finally got its official ribbon cutting. The event, originally planned for March 2020 but postponed due to COVID-19, took place Wednesday at DRIVE on Railroad Street.
Local leaders, entrepreneurs, and economic development partners gathered to celebrate the business incubator’s impact. The event featured a panel discussion with business owners who have benefited from the program, followed by a networking luncheon sponsored by Fulton Bank.
Steve Stumbris, director of the Bucknell’s Small Business Development Center said StartUp Danville is part of a regional network of incubators in Milton, Lewisburg, and Danville, helping new businesses grow and thrive.
