MIDDLEBURG — Snyder County Sheriff Joseph Reigle Jr. will retire at the end of the year. Chief Deputy Sheriff Catherine Reid told WKOK on Monday that she plans to run for the position of sheriff in Snyder county. Reid has served as Reigle’s chief deputy for three years. Reigle is retiring after holding the sheriff’s job for 15 years.
