MIDDLEBURG – Snyder Co. court updates include a Selinsgrove crossing guard jailed:
- A former Selinsgrove crossing guard is heading to jail after selling marijuana in February. In a court update provided by Snyder County DA Mike Piecuch, former crossing guard Kathryn Miller was sentenced to 90 days in jail and three years supervision by the Snyder County Probation Department.
- Meantime, one of the perpetrators of a gunpoint robbery at Sterner’s Coin Shop in Shamokin Dam will be heading to trial. Piecuch says David Bobe filed a pretrial motion seeking dismissal of charges against him for insufficient evidence but a June 18 hearing denied it. The case is scheduled for a pre-trial conference July 9 at 8:30 a.m.
