SELINSGROVE – A man from Shamokin Dam has been arrested for trying to flee the police. 24-year old Alexander Schaffner is charged with escape, false identification to police, and other chargers. State Police say he tried to flee from them while being taken into custody following a domestic incident. This happened August 19 at 1:20 am along route 11 & 15.
