SUNBURY – State Representative Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-108th, Sunbury) will host a Concealed Carry Seminar to educate the public about Pennsylvania’s firearms laws.
The seminar is set for Thursday, March 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Sunbury Social Club. The seminar will feature State Trooper Rick Blair, Jason Kelley of the Pennsylvania Game Commission, Northumberland County District Attorney Tony Matulewicz, Snyder County District Attorney Mike Piecuch, Northumberland County Sheriff Robert Wolfe and Snyder County Sheriff John Zechman.
Information about Pennsylvania’s laws related to concealed carry, how to obtain a permit and how to interact with police when carrying a concealed firearm will be part of the seminar. There is no fee to attend, but space is limited. To make a reservation, call 570-286-5885. (Ali Stevens)
